Our strategy to promote the event, our speakers, and our sponsors includes a sustained and strategic social media campaign integrated with our website, ensuring consistent visibility in the lead-up to the event. In addition, we’re planning a high-profile local radio presence. Our event’s MC, Ellen Contreras, hosts a popular radio show here in Vero Beach, which will ensure valuable exposure.
With our past events, we’ve seen that a significant portion of our attendees are drawn from the personal and professional networks of our speakers, further amplifying reach and engagement.
