Kenny Holmes is a former NFL defensive end turned strategic leader, entrepreneur, and mentor dedicated to shaping the next generation of athletes, executives, and business leaders. A first-round draft pick for the Tennessee Oilers (18th overall) in their inaugural season, Holmes quickly made his mark in the league, tying for the team lead in sacks and earning a spot on the All-Rookie Team. He went on to play a pivotal role in the Tennessee Titans’ historic run to their first and only Super Bowl (XXXIV) and later helped lead the New York Giants to the playoffs. Over seven successful NFL seasons, Holmes recorded 289 tackles and 39 sacks, earning accolades such as the NFL Ed Block Courage Award and Titans’ Man of the Year.
