Speaker Bio:
Dr. Shola Ezeokoli has spent much of her life doing what many high achievers are praised for doing: showing up, carrying more, helping others, and pushing through exhaustion in the name of responsibility, excellence, and service. As a board-certified Internal Medicine physician with more than two decades of experience across clinical medicine, healthcare leadership, corporate wellness, and telemedicine, she has worked with professionals who appear successful on the outside while quietly disappearing underneath the weight of chronic self-sacrifice.
A published author, international speaker, and TEDx speaker, Dr. Shola has been featured on Fox News, CBS, ABC, WGN Radio, and iHeartRadio for her work on physician wellness, leadership, and workplace culture. She has also authored physician wellness programs, delivered CME-accredited education, and spoken internationally on burnout prevention and leadership development.
